The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the following proposals of the Department of Revenue:
- Appointment of Shri A. Venu Prasad, IAS (Retd.) (PB:1991) to the post of Technical Member (State) in Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi in the salary of Rs.2.25,000/-p.m., for a period of 04 years w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post. or till attaining the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier;
- Appointment of Shri Anil Kumar Gupta, IRS (Retd.) (C&IT) to the post of Technical Member (Centre), GSTAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi in the salary of Rs.2,25,000/- p.m., for a period of 04 years w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till attaining the age of 67 years. whichever is earlier;
- Appointment of candidates, as mentioned below, to the posts of Technical Member (Centre) in the State Benches of GSTAT in the salary of Rs,2,25,000/-p.m., for a period of 04 years w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till attaining the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier:
